Over an area of around 12,000 m2 510 companies and labels demonstrate the latest trends in decorative cosmetics, nail design, foot care, care cosmetics, as well as accessories. Cosmetica takes place annually at Messedamm in Berlin. On the first day it is open from 10.00 to 18.00 and on the next day 10.00 to 17.00. Day tickets cost from EUR 16, two-day-tickets from EUR 23. Last year almost 11,000 visitors in total attended the exhibition; this year there may be even more. In general, the exhibition visitors come from three different sectors - cosmetics, perfume and hairdressing. Special sectors such as solariums and sun cosmetics, natural cosmetics, as well as colour and style consulting, always ensure a lot of interest and keen crowds. Cosmetica started in the year 2001 and since then it has turned into a really hot event, indispensable for beauty professionals.
